December 30th, 2007 In Nov. of this year we put our home up for sale with Cheryl Lopes, Realtor with RE/MAX. We never thought that it would sell so quickly, but it did. In one week we had an offer put in. Cheryl was a great advisor and negotiator. Without her wisdom, tact, diplomacy and superb skill at her job the sale of our house would never have come to fruition.
Then we had to hurry and buy a another home so we kept our Realtor, Cheryl Lopes of RE/MAX and asked her to shop around for us. Within two weeks Cheryl found us a home in Pembroke Pines in the right price range. Just what we wanted.
